So my husband and I love food! Our entire honeymoon has been carefully planned around maximizing our ability to eat as many goodies in Chicago as possible. LOL! So this blog is dedicated to tracking our menus and exercise as we attempt to still eat well while losing a bit of weight. So, as way of introduction: Nate is 29 and want to lose 25 lbs and then add about 10 lbs of muscle. He loves all things sweet and meat based. Kay is 31 and wants to lose 5o lbs and then tone.
